It was thought to be unlikely that this film would ever see the light of day on DVD without heavy editing. This is due to the numerous depictions of actor John Holmes having sex with women playing girls as young as 13 years old. Also not helping the cause was the appearance of fictional brother/sister and sister/sister incest. However, it was widely released on DVD by Vinegar Syndrome in 2015. This release included the scenes in question and runs for 83 minutes, way longer than the original cut would have been.
The scene below shows Casanova engaging in a sexual tryst with two barely legal young girls well below their legal age...fictional of course.
